Description
You will provide legal guidance on proposals, procurement, contracting strategies, and program execution for Anduril's Maritime Division. You'll partner with customers, outside counsel, and internal teams to support business development and legal operations, focusing on navigating US government procurement and compliance rules.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work on U.S. government contracts matters (law firm or government preferred)
- Understanding of government procurement process, contract vehicles, software acquisition, and data rights
- Judgment and initiative to make risk-adjusted decisions
Responsibilities
- Execute new government contracts and grow existing ones
- Assist Business Development, Proposal, and Engineering teams in capturing and executing contracts
- Manage relationships with Government procurement office representatives
- Oversee the entire acquisitions lifecycle: evaluate proposals, monitor contracts, lead negotiations, resolve performance issues, ensure compliance
- Handle legal aspects across the business: license and services agreements, bid protests, litigation, intellectual property, compliance, employment
