Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; Master's preferred
  • 12+ years in CRM department, 7+ years in iGaming
  • Proven experience as Director of CRM or similar role in iGaming
  • Experience leading teams of 100+ people
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems (Excel, SQL, Tableau)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer engagement strategies
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of customer engagement activities and system efficiency
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for growth
  • Manage and mentor a team of 100+ customer engagement specialists and analysts
