Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; Master's preferred
- 12+ years in CRM department, 7+ years in iGaming
- Proven experience as Director of CRM or similar role in iGaming
- Experience leading teams of 100+ people
- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer engagement strategies
- Oversee day-to-day operations of customer engagement activities and system efficiency
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for growth
- Manage and mentor a team of 100+ customer engagement specialists and analysts
