💼 About This Role

You'll architect partner enablement strategies for Tipalti's ecosystem of referral, integration, and channel partners. You'll drive partner onboarding, certification pathways, and content that empowers both internal Alliance teams and external partners to co-sell effectively. This role stands out for its strategic impact on partner ramp-up times and long-term ecosystem growth at a global finance automation leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and execute the Alliances enablement roadmap.
• Architect partner onboarding journeys for referral, integration, and channel partners.
• Develop ongoing training content translating product capabilities into partner value propositions.
• Scale partner hub with playbooks, collateral, and certification modules.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of sales enablement or related experience supporting Alliances or channel organizations.
• Direct experience as an Alliance Manager or similar role in SaaS.
• Expert facilitation skills for live, virtual, and asynchronous training delivery.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Crossbeam, or Mindmatrix.
