💼 About This Role

You'll join a small team designing and implementing ML solutions with high autonomy to bring our members better sleep. Your work will directly impact our fleet of Pods with low friction and drive business outcomes. You'll pioneer cutting-edge ML technologies and own the end-to-end ML infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pioneer cutting-edge ML technologies and integrate them into products
• Design and operate scalable ML infrastructure for data and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with R&D, firmware, data, and backend teams for reliable ML inference
• Develop tooling and microservices to streamline experimentation and deployment

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering with focus on ML infrastructure or distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with ML workflow orchestration and CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated success shipping ML models to production at scale
• Strong experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch) or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in real-time ML workflows and streaming systems (Kinesis, Kafka, Flink)
• Experience optimizing ML infrastructure for latency and cloud cost at scale
• Knowledge of secure ML operations and compliance for health-related data
