Description

You will support the month-end close process, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, improve accounting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and automation at a fintech company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 2-3 years of accounting or finance experience
• Big 4 public accounting preferred
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly close, including report preparation and analysis
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis
• Document and implement accounting policies, processes, and internal controls
• Improve and automate manual accounting procedures
• Support external audit requirements and financial reporting
