You'll create compelling video content for BJAK's insurance platform, collaborating with Creative and Marketing teams to produce materials for social media and corporate storytelling. Your work will drive audience engagement across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This role offers high autonomy in a flat organization with regional exposure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop creative concepts and storyboard video shoots
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots
• Edit videos including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
• Manage multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing
• Portfolio showcasing diverse video styles and storytelling
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and video algorithms
