You'll lead a team of material handlers at a fusion energy company, overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory and efficient material flow. You'll drive operational excellence across receiving, storage, and replenishment activities to support production goals. This role offers the chance to contribute to building the world's first fusion power plant.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of material handlers, ensuring performance and safety standards
• Manage receipt and storage of incoming materials with inspection and recording
• Coordinate prompt material delivery to production lines to minimize downtime
• Standardize workflows for receiving, put-away, and replenishment to enhance efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in materials management or warehouse operations
• Leadership experience overseeing or developing warehouse teams
• Working knowledge of ERP or WMS systems and data-driven inventory management
• Experience collaborating effectively across departments

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Certification in supply chain or logistics
