Description

As a Hospice RN with BAYADA, you will provide compassionate end-of-life care to clients and their families in York County. You'll perform home visits, administer medications, manage wound care, and monitor patient conditions, supporting patients through their final journey.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up on and execute doctors' orders; perform client assessments as necessary
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends
