🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end implementation of customer demo and POC environments
• Configure CRMs and support tools with custom fields and workflows
• Simulate user behavior with automation and AI-powered interactions
• Advise customers on demo structure, pacing, and storytelling best practices

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering
• Strong experience with technical documentation and ticket writing
• Familiarity with APIs and automation logic
• Experience working in agile environments
