💼 About This Role

You'll provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes across Solano County, primarily Vallejo, American Canyon, Hercules, and minimal Napa visits. As part of an interdisciplinary care team, you'll evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders that affect communication. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders
• Assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions
• Collaborate with case manager as part of interdisciplinary care team
• Serve as educator and patient advocate in home health setting

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines
