🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate with DOT, utility providers, and agencies for approvals and agreements.
• Develop project requirements, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Oversee off-site transportation and utility extension planning and implementation.
• Manage civil aspects of off-site construction including quality control and conflict resolution.
• Lead permitting processes for transportation and utility interconnections.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience in civil engineering with off-site infrastructure focus.
• Experience with agency and stakeholder coordination for infrastructure projects.

✨ Nice to Have

• 8+ years of professional experience in civil engineering.
• EIT or Professional Engineering (PE) license in Texas.
• Experience with civil design software like AutoCAD Civil3D.
