You'll optimize and scale HubSpot CRM infrastructure for a high-performance RevOps agency, ensuring clean data and reliable systems. You'll audit configurations, support onboarding, and enhance workflows and automations to drive sales productivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize HubSpot configuration and workflows for performance and scalability.
• Audit CRM setups and identify system improvement opportunities.
• Assist in CRM setup and onboarding for new client accounts.
• Collaborate with data teams to align CRM configuration with reporting pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience configuring and optimizing HubSpot or similar CRMs.
• Experience supporting CRM deployments with integrations (dialers, schedulers, reporting).
• Proven ability to audit CRM setups and identify structural or performance gaps.
• Hands-on experience with data integrity and governance enforcement.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot operations in a multi-account environment.
• Familiarity with property-based routing and custom object configurations.
• Background in RevOps or sales enablement.
