💼 About This Role

You'll lead BioPharma construction projects for a confidential life sciences client in Houston, TX. You'll manage multi-disciplined teams to deliver GMP-compliant capital projects on time and within budget.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multi-disciplined project teams and trade contractors.
• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management strategies.
• Review change orders with design teams and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and validation requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of construction or project management experience.
• 5 years of BioPharma or Life Sciences construction experience.
• Experience working in GMP environments with validation processes.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and construction management tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
• Familiarity with CQV processes and turnover documentation.
• Background in EPCM or owner's representative delivery models.
