You'll guide dLocal's operational resilience strategy, elevating incident response and continuity planning across markets. You'll act as a bridge between global standards and local execution, ensuring payment operations continuity for merchants. This role offers the chance to build continuity metrics that protect the merchant experience at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor card payment processing, settlements, and processor integrations.
• Support and maintain payment integrations and APIs.
• Diagnose issues related to ISO payment codes and system performance.
• Coordinate incident management with internal and external partners.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in payment card operations or fintech technical operations.
• Hands-on experience with payment APIs and troubleshooting API requests.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills across the payment lifecycle.
• Experience working with local processors, acquirers, gateways, or PSPs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in Technical Support, Engineering, or Payments Product Support.
• Experience in high-volume or real-time payment environments.
• Exposure to cloud environments or monitoring tools like Datadog, Kibana, Grafana.
