๐ผ About This Role
You'll build a partner pipeline for a European fintech workspace, directly driving new customer acquisition in Germany. You'll own the end-to-end process from cold outreach to deal closure, targeting tax advisors and B2B platforms. This role offers end-to-end ownership with clear KPIs and support from a hands-on manager.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and target relevant contacts in tax advisor ecosystems
- Pitch and close partnerships via cold calls and LinkedIn
- Onboard new partners and guide them to first activation
- Deliver a cadence of 10-15 new partners per month
๐ Requirements
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships
- Proficiency in Outbound, Discovery, and Objection Handling
- Fluency in German and English
- Data-driven and structured pipeline management
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of DATEV or other B2B platforms
- Experience in fintech or financial services
