You'll build a partner pipeline for a European fintech workspace, directly driving new customer acquisition in Germany. You'll own the end-to-end process from cold outreach to deal closure, targeting tax advisors and B2B platforms. This role offers end-to-end ownership with clear KPIs and support from a hands-on manager.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify and target relevant contacts in tax advisor ecosystems
  • Pitch and close partnerships via cold calls and LinkedIn
  • Onboard new partners and guide them to first activation
  • Deliver a cadence of 10-15 new partners per month

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships
  • Proficiency in Outbound, Discovery, and Objection Handling
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Data-driven and structured pipeline management

  • Knowledge of DATEV or other B2B platforms
  • Experience in fintech or financial services
