You'll act as a key point of contact for users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries within a global digital ecosystem serving hundreds of millions. You'll directly contribute to customer retention by understanding needs and promoting platform engagement. This is a fully remote role in a fast-paced, international environment.

- Provide timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries across digital platforms.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Guide users on platform features and offer clear solutions to complex cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical or operational issues.
๐ Requirements
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience in customer support or customer success roles.
- Strong written communication skills with fast, accurate typing in English.
- High emotional intelligence with ability to respond to user needs.
