Description

You will manage enterprise customer relationships as a strategic advisor, driving ROI on the Anaplan platform through value realization, adoption, and expansion. You'll engage C-suite executives, lead EBRs, and collaborate internally to ensure customer success and growth.

Requirements

  • Experience managing enterprise customer success portfolios
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Proven track record in driving value-based selling and expansion
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle for enterprise customers including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
  • Own and nurture relationships with C-suite executives as a trusted advisor
  • Lead outcome-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) connecting Anaplan's capabilities to customer strategic priorities
  • Drive measurable ROI and business outcomes, monitor platform usage, and mitigate risks
  • Identify and drive platform expansion opportunities including AI use cases
