Requirements

• Proven FP&A experience in multinational or fast-growing company
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and performance management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with FP&A tools and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, BOARD)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to bring financial perspective to product and investment decisions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
• Analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on financial performance
• Support ad-hoc business cases for new initiatives
