You will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, conduct orientations, maintain records, administer benefits, and assist with payroll and recruitment. This role supports a positive work environment and ensures compliance with labor laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1+ years HR experience (HR of One, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)
- Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (UKG Pro preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for HR and time/attendance inquiries
- Conduct new employee orientations and HR compliance trainings
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Administer employee benefits and process status changes
- Perform exit interviews and tasks related to staffing changes
