Description

You will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, conduct orientations, maintain records, administer benefits, and assist with payroll and recruitment. This role supports a positive work environment and ensures compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1+ years HR experience (HR of One, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (UKG Pro preferred)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR and time/attendance inquiries
• Conduct new employee orientations and HR compliance trainings
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Administer employee benefits and process status changes
• Perform exit interviews and tasks related to staffing changes
