You'll support our CFO with legal and strategic tasks in a fast-growing deep-tech scale-up. You'll work on financing rounds and employee stock option programs at our HQ in Zurich.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support CFO on legal and strategic matters
• Draft and manage employee stock option programs
• Prepare and document general meetings and board meetings
• Assist in financing rounds and document coordination

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Master's degree in law or business law
• Strong interest in startups and venture capital
• High self-responsibility, structure, and reliability
• Fluent in German and English
