💼 About This Role

You'll be on the front lines of growing our pet health community through high-volume outbound outreach. You'll introduce prospective clients to Koala Health's services and convert them, while handling objections with professionalism and tracking activity with internal tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Place high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
• Handle inbound calls and cross-trained operational workflows
• Track outreach activity and ensure accurate records
• Share insights with the team to refine outreach strategies

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year client-facing experience with outbound calling or inside sales
• Weekend availability with two weekdays off
• Comfortable with large volume of phone calls daily
