🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic implementations including requirement gathering and design
• Integrate Talkdesk with CRM systems and configure workflows
• Develop project plans and manage timelines with customer project managers
• Produce technical documentation and deliver training

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services or IT Applications Development
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience implementing or integrating with CRMs like Salesforce or Zendesk

• Experience with SQL/SOQL and JavaScript
• Experience with diagram flowchart software like Visio or Lucid Chart
• Software implementation or coding experience
