You will provide first-level technical support to Kaseya customers, troubleshooting IT infrastructure and security issues via chat, phone, and tickets, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting KPI targets. Your work helps businesses run smoothly and securely.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows, macOS, and OSI model
  • Experience troubleshooting network stack (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, NAT) using CLI
  • Understanding of encryption (SSL/TLS) and certificate types
  • Hands-on experience with patch management and system performance
  • Ability to read/write SQL and experience with antivirus/antimalware/EDR tools

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 technical support to customers via chat, phone, and tickets
  • Troubleshoot operating system, network, and security issues
  • Perform system log analysis and basic SQL queries
  • Handle Active Directory and group policy administration
  • Assist with patch management and antivirus/EDR tools
