You'll own the full P&L for BJAK's Thailand business, building and scaling operations from the ground up. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to localize the platform and drive growth through partnerships. This role offers full ownership with real decision-making authority.

📋 Requirements

• Background in technology, digital platforms, or fintech
• Ownership of commercial outcomes with P&L responsibility
• Experience building and leading teams in fast-moving environments
• Understanding of the Thailand market and local dynamics
