You'll evolve global communication at BlaBlaCar, supporting the LLM Translation Quality Project to build a scalable, language-agnostic engine automating content across 20+ languages. Your work will bridge customer-centric content and AI automation, ensuring a human-centric support platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement LLM translation quality reviews
• Create and localize support content across 20 languages
• Lead end-to-end content projects from conception to implementation
• Co-develop prompts and AI agents for tools

📋 Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience managing content across multiple languages and markets
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and building new AI agents
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to prioritize tasks

• Background in translation or linguistics
• French language skills
