Description

You will own the Connectivity Platform at Ripple Treasury, driving end-to-end strategy across bank channels, money market fund platforms, ERP ecosystems, and other integration points. Your work ensures reliable, scalable, and secure data exchange underpinning the treasury platform experience, balancing build-vs-integrate decisions for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with focus on API Platforms, iPaaS, or Fintech Infrastructure
• Experience leading dedicated multi-functional engineering teams
• Technical fluency in systems and APIs, understanding of ISO 20022, NACHA, SWIFT gpi
• Developer empathy and ability to write clear documentation
• Strategic vision for unifying fragmented financial landscape

Responsibilities

• Lead the Connectivity engineering team as product owner
• Drive connectivity coverage, balancing build-vs-integrate decisions
• Evangelize API-first approach and manage developer-facing documentation
• Manage lifecycle of partner SDKs and third-party connectors for ERPs and fund portals
• Optimize and expand global banking network using standard APIs and proprietary channels
