💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy and operation of the unified risk control program for UR, the account layer for the open economy. You'll bridge risk policy and technical implementation, working with engineering to build a world-class risk engine. This role offers the chance to shape automated risk workflows and work with a global team across 18+ countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define risk logic, rules, and triggers for fiat, card, and forex transactions.
• Lead real-time monitoring, investigations, and actions like account blocks.
• Design and iterate risk policies and SOPs meeting banking standards.
• Translate operational requirements into technical specs for automated tools.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Financial Risk, Fraud Operations, or Transaction Monitoring in banking or fintech.
• Deep proficiency in Mastercard/Visa scheme rules, SWIFT/SEPA rails, and Forex risk.
• Strong ability to define functional requirements for technical teams to implement.
• Native or professional-level fluency in Mandarin and English

• Experience building or scaling a risk function from the ground up.
• Understanding of global AML/CFT frameworks like FINMA, MAS.
• Product-oriented mindset viewing risk control as a core feature.
