Description

You will lead national marketing efforts for Vaco by Highspring, driving scalable campaigns and events that align with enterprise and local goals. Act as the primary marketing partner to stakeholders and field teams, building feedback loops to inform strategy and ensure locally relevant execution.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in marketing, field marketing, or sales enablement; professional services experience preferred
• Experience partnering with regional or field teams in a decentralized organization
• Experience leading small to mid-size teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of multichannel marketing (events, content, email, social, digital)
• Proficiency in CRM, CMS, Canva, email platforms, and analytics dashboards

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for Vaco, communicating marketing updates across leadership and field
• Develop and evolve Vaco’s overarching marketing strategy to drive business priorities
• Manage a growing team of regional field marketers, focusing on development and career pathing
• Create scalable processes for local adoption of marketing efforts, including playbooks and toolkits
• Establish feedback loops to share sales insights from the field with the marketing team
