• Provide direct nursing care per physicians' orders
• Direct non-licensed personnel in client care
• Operate the unit and ensure standards are met
• Administer medications and treatments

📋 Requirements

• Current RN licensure in California
• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice
• Ability to supervise non-licensed staff
• Current CPR and first aid certifications
