💼 About This Role

You'll perform inspections, diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance in a powersports retail environment, ensuring customer satisfaction by fixing units correctly on the first visit. You'll support entry-level technicians and maintain high quality and safety standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform pre-delivery inspections and basic maintenance
• Diagnose and repair customer units efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized service bay
• Coordinate with Service Writer to stage jobs

📋 Requirements

• 1-year experience as a technician in automotive or powersports
• All necessary tools required for repairs
• Ability to test ride vehicles safely
• Valid state driver's license with motorcycle endorsement preferred

• Virginia State Inspector certification
• Forklift experience
• Common sense and willingness to learn
