You'll own positioning, messaging, personas, and competitive intelligence for a restaurant scheduling and payroll platform, using AI to accelerate research and content generation. You'll bridge Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistent storytelling grounded in customer insight.

  • Build core positioning and messaging foundations
  • Partner with stakeholders across launches and sales plays
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for impactful releases
  • Own competitive intelligence with AI monitoring
  • Analyze customer interview patterns using AI

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong research instincts with messy inputs
  • History of influencing cross-functional partners
  • Active AI use in workflows with concrete examples

  • Experience with Mixpanel, Looker, or Thoughtspot
  • Experience in restaurant or restaurant tech industry
  • Experience in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment
