Description

You will oversee the NFL Podcast Network, developing slate strategy, analyzing performance across distribution points, and delivering actionable insights to grow audiences and deliver long-term value for the NFL and its audio partners. Collaborate with business development, production, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years experience in media or podcast space with deep knowledge of sports and media ecosystems
• 1+ years analytical experience with Triton, Omny, YouTube Analytics, PowerBI, or similar
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven storytelling

Responsibilities

• Develop NFL Podcast Network's show slate strategy through deep-dive analysis
• Assess podcast performance across audio and video endpoints (iHeart, Apple, Spotify, YouTube, FAST) to optimize programming and uncover growth opportunities
• Project consumption and performance for entire slate across distribution platforms
• Provide weekly, quarterly, annual reporting for podcast performance
• Lead promotional programming strategy and coordination across NFL Digital touchpoints
