Description

Lead cross-functional engineering teams through the full product lifecycle of humanoid robots, from concept to scaled production. You will own program execution, orchestrate integration across mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, and AI/ML disciplines, and drive planning and communication to deliver company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or Applied Physics.
• 5+ years of program or engineering management with cross-functional hardware and software teams.
• Experience managing complete hardware + software product life cycles from concept through production.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering on architectural decisions and technical problem-solving.
• Track record of driving measurable outcomes and delivering against roadmap goals.

Responsibilities

• Own programs end-to-end, identify resource requirements, and drive company goals and roadmap.
• Partner with engineering teams to execute solutions and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to align stakeholders.
• Create clear schedules, milestones, and execution plans to keep programs on track.
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
