Description

You will be the primary point of contact for supporting top-class IT administrators at Fortune 500 companies, owning and driving escalated support issues, and collaborating with engineering and product management to improve processes and tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting large enterprise customers
  • Strong networking background: TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS
  • Experience with security technologies: Proxies, NG Firewalls, VPNs, DLP, SSO
  • Systems administration of UNIX/Linux and Windows, including Active Directory/LDAP
  • Expert troubleshooting using tcpdump and protocols (TCP/IP, NTP, DNS, DHCP)

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive escalated support issues
  • Work on critical incident response tasks
  • Drive weekly technical team calls with other technical leads
  • Collaborate with departments on process and tool improvements
  • Mentor frontline support engineers
