Description
You will be the primary point of contact for supporting top-class IT administrators at Fortune 500 companies, owning and driving escalated support issues, and collaborating with engineering and product management to improve processes and tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting large enterprise customers
- Strong networking background: TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS
- Experience with security technologies: Proxies, NG Firewalls, VPNs, DLP, SSO
- Systems administration of UNIX/Linux and Windows, including Active Directory/LDAP
- Expert troubleshooting using tcpdump and protocols (TCP/IP, NTP, DNS, DHCP)
Responsibilities
- Own and drive escalated support issues
- Work on critical incident response tasks
- Drive weekly technical team calls with other technical leads
- Collaborate with departments on process and tool improvements
- Mentor frontline support engineers
