📋 Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in video production or post-production
• Portfolio showing strong visual storytelling and editing craft
• Experience with Generative AI tools for video/image creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with motion, animation, or compositing
• Solid English communication skills
