You'll lead end-to-end financial reconciliation for large-scale healthcare payer organizations, driving accuracy and compliance across premium billing and payment workflows. You'll reduce revenue leakage and enhance data quality in a collaborative, client-facing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end financial reconciliation across premium billing and payment workflows.
• Reconcile financial and enrollment data across multiple payer platforms.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify financial leakage and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to resolve reconciliation issues.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare payer operations including Medicare/Medicaid.
• 5+ years in financial reconciliation or payer financial operations.
• Hands-on expertise with TriZetto Facets and Financial Reconciliation Manager (FRM).
• Strong understanding of healthcare financial workflows, EDI transactions, and 834 data.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with risk adjustment validation or audit support.
• Experience with SQL or data analytics tools.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
