Description

You will lead low-volume, high-complexity assembly operations for aerospace and defense electronic assemblies, owning the end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle, master production schedules, and quality compliance (AS9100/ISO 9001). Collaborate with engineering and supply chain to optimize processes and ensure reliable delivery of hardware securing critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience with IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Background in aerospace and defense manufacturing
• Ability to establish robust processes in a startup environment
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Production Schedules (MPS) and work routings in NetSuite
• Own quality and compliance lifecycle for AS9100 and ISO 9001
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain on assembly methods
• Manage Work-In-Process (WIP) and implement corrective actions for cycle-time bottlenecks
• Improve supply chain verification for TAA, ITAR, and contractual requirements
