🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex architectural projects.
• Translate client aspirations into innovative, sustainable design solutions.
• Resolve complex design and technical challenges while maintaining design intent.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architecture and systems.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years leading large-scale projects (>$100M construction value).
• Professional degree in Architecture (master's preferred).
• Proven design leader directing multidisciplinary teams through conceptual and technical decisions.
• Strong understanding of Revit and BIM platforms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Aviation or technical building typology experience.
• LEED AP or similar sustainability credentials.
• Eligibility for architectural registration.
