You'll provide first-class support for our Paymorrow product, helping customers with Buy Now, Pay Later solutions via chat and email. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
• Assist customers with invoice payments, deadlines, and reminders
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Document all interactions accurately in CRM and database

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in fintech or payments
• German minimum C1 level for written customer support
• Romanian minimum C1 level for internal communication
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
