You'll provide first-class support for our Paymorrow product, helping customers with Buy Now, Pay Later solutions via chat and email. Your core impact is ensuring customer happiness through timely and accurate issue resolution. This role offers a hybrid work model and growth opportunities at a global payments leader.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
  • Assist customers with invoice payments, deadlines, and reminders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Document all interactions accurately in CRM and database

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in fintech or payments
  • German minimum C1 level for written customer support
  • Romanian minimum C1 level for internal communication
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
