You'll serve as the first point of contact for emergency phone support and provide automation and networking support to Field Service Engineers. You'll act as the key liaison between field operations and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 24/7 emergency phone support
• Assist with automation and networking support
• Coordinate troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Maintain technical documentation and inventory records

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong troubleshooting skills with switchgear, PLC, generator controls, networking equipment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with customer-facing presence
