💼 About This Role
You'll manage and grow relationships with enterprise merchants for Paytm's payment gateway solutions, driving adoption of payment products and maximizing revenue. You'll act as the primary point of contact for escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized payment solutions. Opportunities for significant impact in India's leading digital payments company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage portfolio of enterprise strategic accounts for payment gateway solutions
- Drive upsells and cross-sell of payment products (UPI, Cards, etc.)
- Monitor transaction volumes and identify account growth opportunities
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, and renewals with key accounts
📋 Requirements
- 6–8 years experience in Key Account Management in Payments, Fintech, or BFSI
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of payment gateway products, APIs, integrations, and settlements
- Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets and account growth
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise sales and CXO-level relationships
- Knowledge of UPI, Cards, BNPL, and other payment instruments
- Ability to analyze data and present insights
