You'll lead Pantheon's Next.js hosting launch, defining architecture patterns, playbooks, and reference implementations. You'll combine hands-on technical implementation with strategic planning to drive customer migrations and enable the Professional Services team. This role offers the opportunity to shape a new offering at a company powering over 300,000 sites for customers like Google and UN.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define Next.js architecture patterns, playbooks, and reference implementations.
• Build reusable code templates, starter kits, and migration tools.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and create tailored migration strategies.
• Perform hands-on migration work including code refactoring and deployment guidance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years production experience with Next.js, including App Router and Server Components.
• Expertise in rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR) and performance optimization.
• 5+ years experience with Drupal or WordPress, ideally in headless/decoupled architectures.
• Proven track record designing enterprise-scale web applications and migrations.
