You will oversee the HIM department, ensuring accurate and thorough health records for all persons served. You'll collaborate with clinical staff and support recovery programs in a compassionate environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum one year experience in health-related field
Knowledge of medical terminology
Basic computer and typing/data entry skills
Good oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain complete health records of all persons served
Provide support to staff and oversee HIM department
Ensure accuracy and thoroughness of records
Maintain professional contact with staff, stakeholders, and families
Work closely with Director of Nursing and Program Director
