💼 About This Role

You'll join the Service Management Team to support and maintain LIST services in Pisa or Milan. You'll contribute to implementation processes ensuring operability and service levels are maintained. This role offers the chance to work on complex IT solutions in a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for LIST services
• Troubleshoot technical issues to reduce incident recovery time
• Collaborate on service releases and deployments
• Participate in analysis and design of complex solutions

📋 Requirements

• 2/3 years experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
• Professional knowledge of high-level protocols and IT Communication Systems
• EU Work Permit and location in Italy (Pisa or Milan)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS services
• ITIL process know-how for incident, change, problem management
• ITIL 4 Foundation or Cybersecurity certification
