💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at MeBe's Learning Center. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and record progress in the Central Reach data collection system. This role offers paid training to become an RBT and mentoring from lead clinical staff.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 setting.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Record behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach.
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay kiddo progress.

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license.
• Obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, or run.
• Must pass background check and obtain CPR/BLS certification.

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT certification preferred.
• TRICARE certification preferred.
• Background in child care, teaching, counseling, or babysitting.
