💼 About This Role

You'll join the Solutions Engineering team at a Series A startup building an AI-native revenue operating system for go-to-market teams. You'll be embedded in real deals, running technical discovery and demos that show customers how Rox fits into their data environment. This role offers ground-floor ownership to shape how a fast-scaling company sells technically.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Run technical discovery and design integrations for customer environments
  • Lead high-impact technical demos from first call through close
  • Translate customer feedback into product and engineering improvements
  • Refine demo narratives and technical positioning to improve the sales process

📋 Requirements

  • Experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of data ecosystems including data warehouses and GTM stacks
  • Hands-on experience with integrations involving CRMs, analytics, or AI-driven systems
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
