Description

You will drive cost efficiency, governance, and visibility across cloud and AI environments, working with engineering, finance, and procurement to optimize spend and build FinOps capabilities.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, or SaaS cost governance
• Hands-on experience with cloud billing data and cost analysis
• Practical experience with pricing models, contracts, and billing structures
• Strong ability to work with engineering and technical stakeholders
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs, and technical cost impact

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud, SaaS, and AI-related spend (AWS, GCP, Azure, vendors, LLMs)
• Create visibility into usage, cost drivers, and efficiency metrics
• Identify and drive optimization of inefficiencies (underutilization, over-provisioning, excess AI consumption)
• Work with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to influence cost-aware architecture decisions
• Build or support dashboards, tools, and automation for cost visibility and monitoring
