• Develop and implement EHS Capital Improvement Plans
• Ensure building code compliance and contractor safety
• Serve as primary contact for property insurance and audits
• Lead project management meetings and report financial results

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years in manufacturing or facilities management
• Experience with project budgets $10K-$5M annually
• Proficiency in engineering and project management tools
