You will drive financial strategy, planning, and operations to ensure durable growth and capital efficiency, while partnering across the organization to strengthen unit economics and support bank-grade compliance.

Requirements

• Proven CFO or senior finance executive experience in SaaS or fintech
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition for multi-element contracts
• Track record of building high-performing finance teams
• Experience with board reporting and capital raising
• Familiarity with bank-grade compliance and vendor due diligence

Responsibilities

• Own long-range plan, annual operating plan, rolling forecasts
• Lead accounting, revenue recognition, audit, and tax compliance
• Implement and integrate finance systems for clean data flow
• Co-own pricing, packaging, and RevOps to protect margin
• Manage capital strategy, treasury, and investor relations
