💼 About This Role

You'll own the hands-on lab ecosystem for Semperis cybersecurity products, designing scalable lab topologies that mirror real-world enterprise identity environments. Your work directly enables technical certification programs and internal enablement sessions across a global workforce.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate hands-on lab environments for all Semperis products
• Collaborate with SMEs to create scenario-based labs for real-world use cases
• Define lab success criteria and build automated validation checks
• Coordinate internal technical enablement sessions and gamification initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise IT with Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid identity/security
• 5+ years designing hands-on lab environments for training (e.g., Skillable)
• Strong engineering experience with Windows Server, AD, networking, virtualization, Azure
• Experience writing scripts in PowerShell, Python, and Bash

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with Skillable or similar lab platforms
• Familiarity with Semperis product areas (DSP, ADFR, DRET, Lightning, Ready1)
• Relevant Microsoft identity/security certifications
